Happy new year! Happy new music! 2019 has just begun and too much new music popped out… (and some are leftovers from the previous year, waiting to get promoted now). Let’s see if this year is going to be different musically from 2018, that had too much of trash hip-hop on the charts but also some memorable tunes that we’ll probably be playing and listening the next decade. On the first days of 2019 we got some new releases from big names like Chaka Khan, Calvin Harris, The Weeknd and some newcomers on the scene like Kazka (already a huge hit in Europe, coming from Romania), Lizzo (who’s been trying to make a crossover the last years, check out some of my previous articles to read more about her) and Kormak (Defected rules the dancefloor!)
