It’s a pleasure each year to make a Summer special playlist! It’s a procedure that starts in March and develops slowly. It depends on the releases, as every year is different. We live in an era where everything in trends seems to change or transform very quickly, some adapt easily some take some time to do so! In music biz there are many tunes released in Spring, just in time to hit the summer clubs. But, this year everything is open, back to normality and everything seems to happen all at once. DJ sets, concerts, huge stadium tour, it’s like the movie that won the Oscars “Everything, Everywhere, All At Once”. So there is a huge amount of releases and it’s getting harder and harder to spot on. Having in mind that it’s summertime, check out these 50 hot summer beach vibes.

This year Calvin Harris brought back a tempo that’s been missing the latest 20 years. Peggy Gou also makes lots of techno headz go Na Na Na. Kylie goes slap house, Tiesto just before summer ends, goes back to his roots musically leaving the slap house for Pop stardom. Defected Records released some really heavy tunes for the summer and house is definitely back to its’ roots! I also love some remakes made this summer (or some previous ones, but it fits), some really soulful vibes, super groovy tunes that can take over the dancefloor once it’s packed. Plus Sasha Barbot (it was a last minute addition) who releases “VenTs LointaiNs” and blows my mind away on the first listen!!! This tune, this trumpet will be my guiding star all summer long (and the winter probably too).
