ALICIA is the 7th studio album from Alicia Keys, released September 18th, 2020. It contains 15 songs full of Alicia spirit. She brings back a vibe that was missing, with her piano, her soulful vocals, the R&B sound (and a little reggae on ‘Wasted Energy’). This is a step further lyrically and musically for Alicia. The Grammy award winner and presenter has already given us the singles “Underdog” , “Time Machine”, “Show Me Love” and the one that is the Tune Of The Week, in collaboration with Khalid “So Done“.

On the album ALICIA she has some great duets with Miguel, Jill Scott, Diamond Platinumz, Sampha, Tierra Whack, Snoh Aalegra. The sound is different than her latest albums, it’s like she’s bringing a different soul R&B vibe back to the mainstream audience, especially on those weird times. We definitely need to listen to new music from the artists we love. When they deliver albums like this one, it seems that quarantine treated us good on the inside.
